Erynne is a fantastic agent. I was recommended to her by 3 different friends. One of the top recommendations I had for her was from a loan officer who was worked with her on closings many times and felt she was one of the top agents in town. She grew up in Cody and lives here with her family and her love of the community showed in the way she treated me, treated the sellers, really everyone in the transaction. I was looking for a home with character and maybe needing some work. She was so excited to learn that and ventured into some interesting (read: rough!) properties with me and we bounced around some visions of what the properties could be. She made arrangements to show houses at any of the times that worked for me and we saw almost 15 properties in all over the course of 6 weeks or so. n nThe house I finally found did not need the same level of work as many of the properties I looked at. The real estate market moves at lightning speed in Cody for certain price points. She was also the listing agent for that house, so was able to get me in there as soon as it was available and worked with getting an offer submitted and under contract before anyone else could muscle me out. She was extremely professional as a neutral party working for both me and the sellers. I had no feelings of her having a conflict of interest of any kind and really felt she cared about each party, getting what we wanted/needed. n nI can't say enough about the positiveness of my buying experience with Erynne. We even hit some fairly major snags in closing with some maintenance issues, and she worked with the sellers and me, as well as local contractors, to get the issues fixed and settled and we closed only 6 days later than our original close day, which with 3 contractors and one of them being a complete roof replacement, I thought was remarkable. n nI will recommend Erynne to anyone who asks, and will 100% look to her for any real estate dealings I may find myself in in the future. 2017
