The house sold as soon as the house listed online. I was amazed at how fast he was able to sell our home in such a short amount of time. We were moving out of state so we needed to sell our house as soon as possible. We had a few things we needed to fix so we had to wait a couple weeks. Rolando arranged everything for us so we didn't have to do a lot of research on who to hire to fix what ever needed done. It started out bought at first but once everything was fixed, and the house looked great. Once the house was sold, we signed, and moved out of state.
