It is easy to rate services as excellent when everything goes smoothly - it takes a special agent to get a 5 star rating when the transaction had a few wrinkles. And, in our case, that is the service we received from Terri! We relocated from Texas and Terri spent the ENTIRE weekend with us. She showed us a wide variety of homes based on our criteria and we found 3 that fit our needs! The one we purchased is in Franklin, WI which we were not familiar with, but the area was recommended by Terri. the home is perfect and we love the neighborhood! So glad she took us outside our originally desired area. But - it did not just stop there. As I said, our closing was not cut-and-dry and resulted in the seller putting money in an escrow account for possible repairs. 3 months later - Terri followed-up and negotiated the final settlement for more than we anticipated! AND - she is such a genuinely sweet person! I highly recommend Terri.
