Carlos was great. Knowledgeable about the market and professional. This was our first home and a tough time to purchase. With bidding wars going on we had to cancel about 3 showings as the sellers were not accepting anymore appointments or bids. My husband and I then decided to purchase new build, in the end it was the same price. We closed a few days before Christmas. It's hard to fully describe how deeply thankful my husband and I are to Carlos and his team for all the hard work, time, and effort they put in during the entire process of selling our home. First impressions are lasting impressions! Carlos made sure to make an impactful first impression before we even met him in person. Carlos came through when other realtors failed. We had our home listed for over a year, and had multiple offers, just not with the right buyers. Each offer fell through for one reason or another because the buyers were not really qualified. My husband and I had horrible experience with Carlos. When we met with him he said that he would be there every step of the way especially since we were 1st time home buyers. After our 1st meeting we found a house we loved. Once the ball started to roll my husband and I were left completely alone. He didn't even show up to closing. My mom is a Realtor and she was appalled at how we were treated. Yea he said that if we had questions to call but when we did they were unavailable .
