Ms Bauer Represented a seller who after receiving multiple offers on the sellers home accepted a full price offer from us. When we got to the inspection phase of the contract, she refused to open the email that contained the inspection report ( they knew we had a roofer and hvac inspector on inspection day instead of a traditional home inspector. She did not want to know what we requested repaired and refused to look at email knowing that they would have to disclose any issues found on our inspection.
