This market is NUTS! We were completely overwhelmed and first teamed up with an agent that did not have our best interest in mind. We were feeling so defeated when a friend reached out to Cathy because she had used her (Yes, Cathy still quickly responded to her even though she wasn't a current client). I would not consider any other realtor then Cathy Shaw. She did everything right. Open houses were Saturday and Sunday. We actually found the buyer on the Sunday of open house. Definitely talk with them first before going anywhere else. Thank you Cathy for all youve done! 2020
