Patty Brooks electronically forged my signature on a document. She was scatter-brained and forgetful. She lied to me twice. I was left frustrated too many times. I did not pick Patty as my realtor. My realtor in Wyoming wanted to pick a realtor for me. Patty did not come recommended by anyone that had used her recently. The testimonials on her website are four to six years old. After I arrived in Mesquite, I found out that my realtor in Wyoming had received a referral fee.
