This man is rude. Inquired about a property and this was his response. One sold for 70 - idiot... two for 88 & another for 93 ish.
Good time to sell. Virus caused some panicked selling but that is gone.

Chris helped us buy the condo in 2014 and sell the condo in 2019. He is responsive and his knowledge of the market is amazing. During the buy and the sale process, he was always in touch and keeping us up to date on the process. I would definitely recommend him. If we ever decide to buy again in SC, we will definitely be giving him a call.
