My wife and I have bought and sold 5 properties in 3 different States and this purchase was without doubt the smoothest we have ever experienced. Ryan is friendly, knows the area, knows the market, and above all was not pushy. We spent 1 day looking at properties, offer sent that night and accepted before noon on Saturday. Ryan responded to texts/email/phone messages promptly, often sending an electronic response and following up with a phone call as well. Bottom line - good experience and I would work with, and recommend Ryan without reservation (and I do not say that about many people!)
