They were over the top accommodating when we were out of town and needed help with contractors. Their knowledge in the industry and our area was a huge asset to us! They showed us on multiple levels their dedication before, during, and after the whole process. For example, Brett came over and cleared our driveway of snow the day of our closing in order to ensure easy access for the buyers, who were not even his clients. We had already interviewed several agents. Brett and Kim stood out to us immediately. They appeared warm and friendly like the others, but more important to us appeared genuine. The interview was entirely about what we wanted and the concerns and questions that we had. They were not boastful in the least, but convinced us by their questions and answers that they would work hard on our behalf. (Which the did, by the way).

Kim and Brett, were by far, the absolute best most helpful and knowledgeable agents that we have ever worked with. They acted like family to us. Not only did they do what was expected of a realtor acting on our behalf, but went above and beyond. Like taking in our garbage cans and watching our house while we were out of state. They also hooked us up with a dedicated email so that all correspondence about the sales was confined and confidential. Gave us a number of dos and don'ts to protect our privacy and from potential scams (like telling us who might be calling us about financial matters, and instructing us to refer any others callers to them.

We cannot give enough praise to Kim & Brett Pickett. We have bought and sold 6 or 7 houses in our lives and unfortunately saw realtors much the same as "used car dealers" in that their only focus was getting or finishing the sale. Kim & Brett Pickett were pleasantly different and changed our minds completely. They actually put our needs and well-being in the forefront. There was never a moment that we felt unsupported or pressured in any way. They always returned calls or text within minutes. Never gave us anything to sign or do without a thorough explanation and advice. Any mixup or issue was handled by them after an explanation and by concurrents from us. The service and kindness showed to us was professional we would highly recommend them to family and friends and would not hesitate to use them again.

Our son and daughter-in-law had worked with Brett and Kim to find a house just a few months before we made the decision to move to the area. They couldnt say enough good things about both of them and what a help they were, not only in making their decision, but also in deciding on financing and what theyd need in improvements immediately and what projects they could save for the future. We had not bought a house for 45 years, and so we were like first-time buyers. They were there to explain the financing and help us meet the deadlines. When we were struggling with a problem between the sellers and the bank, Brett stepped in to resolve the problems. We ended up buying a home under construction, and they were at every appointment we had to help us make our design choices. Brett was even able to negotiate heated floors for our bathroom, something I never would have thought to ask for.

Much of our search was long-distance, so I had to learn some new technology, and I couldnt believe how patient Brett was in taking me step by step through the processover the phone, no less!

Brett and Kim defy the pre-conceptions of the designer-attired, aggressive realtors you see on TV. Their casual dress made us comfortable to come as we were whenever they called with a new house for us to look at. They are extremely personable and fun to be around. Brett is also a licensed home inspector, so he was able to recognize potential problems and estimate how much fixing them would cost. In addition, we were so impressed with their laser-focus on our search. We heard from one of them at least once (more often several times) a day.

We feel like we made two new friends during this process. What higher recommendation can we give?

Kim and Brett did an outstanding job listing and selling our home. During the sale, the buyer experienced some issues with their original finance company. Brett and Kim jumped in and helped by providing another financial company to keep the deal moving. The new financial company did their due diligence and completed the sale.
