I had Brian Chirichiello of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Verani Realty - Londonderry NH, put my Manchester NH home up for sale. I received a postcard in the mail stating that he had just sold a home up the street from mine. I thought he would have knowledge of other people that might like to buy my home in Manchester NH. He stated that if I had a problem that I could cancel the contract. After three weeks on the Market not one person has been brought in to see my home for sale, and not one person showed up for the open house. Since Manchester NH is a hot market, I called and stated that I got another Real Estate Professional to list my home for sale. The next day the Broker of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Verani Realty - Londonderry NH, Maggie Kerkhoff, called to tell me that I would not be let out of the contract. I had to tell her that she needed to send me a copy of my contract since they never gave me a copy. I would not recommend doing any business with these people. nSincerely, nStephen Emanouil
