My husband and I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Kristy for almost 3 years. Kristy has been our property manager for 2 plus years and our realtor for approximately 6 months. Kristy goes out of her way to ensure we were taken care of as landlords and sellers. Kristy's character and integrity are her greatest attributes. She never hesitated to recommend a realistic approach to any of our business needs/wants, ranging from tenant requests or potential buyers requests, which often times could be unreasonable, as could we. It has been bitter sweet, as we closed on our home late last week which also brought a 3 year working relationship to a close. I'm not sure which was harder, leaving a home we loved or not getting the opportunity to work with Kristy regularly. Although I might add since our closing she has continued to go out of her way to help my husband and me with misc items that needed to be finalized. Thank you Kristy for being a consummate professional at all times! I could not do your job for a minute and never did you waver when it came to doing the right thing regardless if it was in favor of the tenant or the buyer. REGARDLESS of her statment she know that they screwed me over. I should post the piece of equipment that you all left on my door step that only God knows where it belongs. CONTRACTS DON'T MEAN ANYTHING TO THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE SHE WILL THREATEN TO SUE FOR A DEAL. The objects that were supposed to be fixed are still broken.

If you want to have a happy experiencing that's not full of lies and deceptions about your buyers fixing repairs please avoid. This realtor and my realtor threatened to sue me if i didn't move forward with my deal due to the house needing repairs. They continued to harass me after I signed my cancellation documents. Due to the harassment and I felt like I was in a bad situation I signed the papers and the realtor and owners left non working parts outside of my home once I closed.
EXTREMELY MONEY HUNGRY AND GREEDY. This was my first time buying a home as a single mother of three and they too FULL ADVANTAGE of that fact.

Kristy Baker was patient and considerate of my inexperience in buying a home. She really went to bat for me when it came to negotiations and represented my interests perfectly every step of the way. Her local knowledge of the area helped steer me away from unsuitable neighborhoods, and she made many excellent suggestions about what I should be looking for and where. Even on her weekends and vacation time, she was available for me and she was accommodating of my inconvenient night-shift schedule throughout all of our correspondence.
