As a first time home buyer, Kristin was the ideal agent for me. The first time I met her she was showing me a lake house in Twin lakes in the spring of 2020. After that showing, I knew she was the realtor I wanted to work with to find a lake house. I loved her honesty and that she wasn't "pushy" to make a sale. She is genuine and works hard for her clients. We looked at several houses that spring/summer and fall. I was out of state on 3 separate occasions when I asked her to put in offers on 3 lake different lake homes. I Put in a bid or two but lost out to cash buyers. A little frustrated, she and kept telling me that there is a house out there for me. The final one, I was on the road to Wyoming and she was on a vacation in Nashville. She still took time from her vacation to make the bid and send docusign documents to me. The Best news, We got that house! She was a rock star negotiator! Both on the final price, and in getting some items from the house to cover costs of a few minor repairs. She was always professional, honest and quick to respond to my emails or phone calls. I really can't say enough good things about her. If you need a realtor to sell your home or to help you buy one, she's the one I'd pick every time! I actually miss our conversations, but know that we will still be in touch as new friends!
