Very dishonest business man. He cost us money by double dealing. He cost his seller money too. We were the better buyer. No contingencies offered to buy as is and in less than 25 days with no property to sell. He was working 2 deals at once behind our realtors back. We were told we had a deal. We kept waiting for the signed agreement and find out he would make more money on the other deal. Cheated us and his own client. BAD GUY!!!!
