No way to describe the over the top effort Sarah and Cheryl put in. They truly went over the usual to get my unit sold including assisting in turning the place around to make it showable... access to local contractors who came in at the last minute to get items repaired made the difference. We had survey items Cheryl arraigned tonget done and while showing even managed to work around a tenant who wouldnt leave. The volume in sales she delivers is reflective of her efforts.
