I worked with Teague to sell my house in 2008, before he formed Realm realty. He was able to find a buyer, in an economy which saw a lot of homes go to back to the bank. Fortunately , a short time later, I was able to buy another home. I would definitely work with Teague again, wether its selling my current residence, or investing more in another sandpoint property.
