Jackie Suarez was knowledgeable about the area. I was referred to her through a friend of my Dad's three years ago. This friend had purchased a home through Jackie and was impressed.
The property is in N Idaho and we live in Wisconsin. We went out in July to get the home ready and relied on her judgement and knowledge. Being so far out of state we needed extra help from her.
We desperately needed a tree trimmer or the homeowners insurance would have been cancelled the following week. We had no idea that it would be so hard to find someone to do this.
One outfit that I called said they couldn't even come look at it and that they were 8-12 weeks out. Jackie came through with another name and he came out almost right away and accomplished the job.
Since no one had been in the house for 3 years there were a number of other issues. My Dad had been a bachelor for many, many years and was a bit of a pack rat.
