Crazy times = Crazy professional patience

Worked with Kim in searching for our next home. Kevin handled the sale of our current home.

Cannot believe the years in this area, and I am the first to leave a review Kevin and his team.

We contacted Kevin as a Dave Ramsey ELP after our previous realtor would take over 3 days to respond to requests to see homes. As we found out with The Byrne Group, that was too long. The market we were buying/selling in was a feeding frenzy of homes selling 1-3 days after first showing.

That is a market that is so out of the norm in the history of real estate, and you HAVE to adapt. Kim and Kevin worked so hard looking into alternative strategies to make sure we were able to just SEE homes we were interested in before they were gone. That atmosphere definitely amped up the regular tension of searching for and listing homes.

That tension and stress definitely came to a head a couple of times between my family and Kevin's team. Kevin and Kim handled it, and us professionally. So well that we stayed with them for the 5 months it took to find and purchase a home. Not just "A" home, but "The" home that matched so many of our punch list items.

We close on both the sale and purchase tomorrow and would definitely recommend them for whomever is starting to look into their next real estate move.
