This review is a little outdated but my husband and I were discussing our past experiences with moving and I couldn't help but remember the terrible service Kenneth provided. Right from the start he was unprofessional and dismissive of our needs. My husband drove half way across country to look at houses for 2 days, which we had discussed with Kenneth prior to my husband leaving. Kenneth not only neglected to show all the houses we we're interested in, but on the second day without notice told my husband he was out of town and unavailable. When it was time to do paperwork on the house we selected, he had my husband meet him at Buffalo wild wings where he was already with other people hanging out. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Why set appointments to meet with an out of state buyer when you're clearly unavailable/busy on those days? Lastly, when the closing date neared the seller and the sellers lawyers/realtor refused to answer any calls about the closing, and 2 days before the closing suddenly stated they needed 3 weeks longer. This was unacceptable because we were moving across country and had already closed on our other house. Kenneth didn't respond or speak to me until 1 day before the closing to help resolve the issue. I'm not sure if we were treated so poorly because of our age (mid 20's during this time) or because we were from out of state, but I would never work with this agent again. 2015
