It was a real pleasure working with Ed to find our perfect AZ condo. He was professional, accessible and friendly. We hunted online for prospects and Ed FaceTimed us with the walk thru of each location. Once we has a contract he negotiated an additional credit that was amazing. He also went above and beyond, installing a new re-usable air filter when he noticed that the current one was dirty. After closing, he went to the property and buttoned it up until we were able to travel out.
