Pike did a wonderful job for us, and we were probably not the easiest clients to work with. He was calm and balanced in his recommendations, which helped us make the best decisions. Since we were new to the market in Northern Nevada his area expertise was valuable to help us understand what this market had to offer, how to know if prices were reasonable, and understand the expectations from the sellers perspective.
