On the day of closing, the seller was still moving items out of the basement even though they had 60 days to prepare. I couldn't delay the closing any longer so Tim called up the seller's agents to come over to assist. It took all of us a few hours to move the remainder of the items into the driveway and garage. Tim Owen was highly recommended to me by a co-worker who had multiple positive experiences with him. When I reached out to him about looking to buy my first home, he quickly responded and explained the process to me. He took the time to get to know me and find out what I was looking for in a house. With his help, I was pre-approved for a loan and he had my portal set up by the following evening. He was a huge help throughout the process and continues to be today. He quickly replied when I found houses I was interested in and was forthcoming about positives and negatives of the houses so that I knew potential issues with both the houses and the areas in which they were located. When I found my home, he began working on the offer as soon as I said I wanted to do it. I have bought and sold 5 homes and Tim was by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. Tim worked tirelessly and relentlessly to ensure that not only did our home sell, but that it sold above asking quickly after going on the market. Tim made expert recommendations to prepare our home which resulted in 5 bids on the opening weekend. Tim answered the phone every time we called him, took care of all negotiations, and made the process extremely simple for us. There is really no way to overstate how much Tim did for us during the time we worked together. If you are lucky enough to work with him you will be ruined for all others afterwards. This will only sound like hyperbole until you have worked with him, afterwards you will find yourself writing a similar review and in the unenviable position of trying to describe the experience in words.
