She arrived at our first meeting fully prepared with clear explanations of sales process, local market, potential costs and a thick package of comparable houses for sale. I was impressed because she quickly assessed our needs - we had to sell the home and a boat slip from 3000 miles away. Claudia also did an initial walk through of the house, accurately assessing the buildings strengths and weaknesses. I had never sold a house before. Claudia proved to be a hard worker and trustworthy guide.

We found Claudia on realtor.com after we inquired about a property and she immediately reached out to us. We met Claudia the following we and worked with Claudia for a couple months to find our dream beach home in Ocean City, MD. From the first day we met Claudia we had no doubts we had found the right realtor for us. Claudia kept us updated with current listings and didn't hesitate to visit properties on our behalf since we live a couple hours away. She sent us pictures, videos and her thoughts on various properties while we considered location, different types of buildings, and amenities. When we made the drive down to see homes, Claudia had all our listings set up so no time was wasted and she was always accommodating if we wanted to see additional homes not on the original list. Claudia got to know us quickly, understood what we were looking for and didnt waste our time.
