I worked with Claudia five years ago to purchase my place in Lake Ridge, and I had zero reservations to contact her when I decided to sell this year. On both occasions, she was the absolute pinnacle of professionalism with just the right amount of personal touch. She got me the best deal possible when I purchased, and she got me the absolute best deal possible when I sold. She handled my sell while I was remote for work with no issues or pain. I can't begin to recommend her enough if you are moving to or from NOVA. You won't be disappointed.

There is nothing I can write that would adequately express how happy we were to be represented by Claudia Nelson. Claudia is the most talented and professional realtor. We would recommend her without hesitation (and already have)!!!
We contacted Claudia because she had quickly and successfully sold other homes in our neighborhood, which caught our attention! She also took the time to knock on our door to introduce herself as she was representing the other homes, so we saved her card in case we ever decided to sell.
After texting Claudia, she responded to me immediately and promptly made an appointment to inspect our home. She discussed our goals and made recommendations of what to and not do to prepare our home for sale. She reviewed what she would do to market and sell our home. Her follow up was impeccable and there was no pressure at all to hire her. She truly wanted to help and be a resource. After her professionalism and solid track record of success, we KNEW there was no other choice than Claudia!
Working with Claudia was even better than we hoped. Everything was so smooth and easy. We had an offer within hours of being on the market, had MULTIPLE offers, and signed an offer in days.... over asking, no contingency, no inspection. She even prepared a packet for the appraiser with comps and a comprehensive list of upgrades to justify the price of the over asking offer.
Claudia offered excellent advice along the way. She was completely supportive and always available. She always put her personal touch on everything. Even my cat approved!
Claudia was with us at closing with an amazing gift basket (including kitty treats)! She has even contacted us after selling the house to check in on our cross country move.
