Once again Crystal Marsh has exceeded our expectations! A few months ago, she found a new house for us that we made an offer on and ended up purchasing three weeks later. Crystal was on top of everything inspection, utility transfer, etc. - right thru closing. Then a few weeks ago, after we had moved out of the old house and were ready to list it, Crystal again took care of everything. On open house day, there were approximately 75 interested buyers go thru the house and we had 16 offers that same day! Last week we closed on the sale. We had been thinking of finding a house with the main bedroom, bath and laundry on the first floor and stopped into an open house on a whim. Crystal was hosting the open house and we had a pleasant and informative conversation with her. We werent interested in that particular house, but a few weeks later, we reached out and asked for her help and guidance as we looked for a new home.
She came out to our home to talk and look around so she could better understand what we were looking for. Weve lived in the same home for 38 years. Crystal is a true buyer's advocate! I entered into a contract on a condo in Birmingham sight unseen (I live out of town), and Crystal was kind enough to visit my properties of interest within hours of inquiry, give me honest feedback on their conditions and location, negotiate escrow agreements for items she felt would or could need repair (hard wood floors, plumbing), and negotiate details I never would have considered. She also provided me information on local contractors, furniture dealers and was an all around nice person to interact with. She also filed my property transfer with the City of Birmingham (which had to be done in person).
