At first, I was going to tackle the process of getting my first home without a realtor. I just have a hard time putting my faith into someone I know nothing about and have no clue if they would even put in the same amount of effort in as I would. Buying our first home was a huge deal for us as a young couple. After a few months go by without finding any decent houses that are listed at a reasonable price, I decided that maybe I need to bring in someone else that is more of a pro at this.
I click on this last link and second from the top Sherry Andres. I click on her name and start reading her reviews. Seriously, nobody had anything bad to say about her, not one of her reviews were exaggerated, and had her personal contact info attached to the profile. Randomly, I just call her just to see whats up, and it was like an instant connection. As time progressed, not even a week goes by and she already had a house in a nice neighborhood, that had everything we wanted plus some, in our price range, etc. lined up for us to tour.
The same house we looked at, we end up having under contract and begin signing all the closing documents. Throughout the entire process up until closing Mrs. Sherry put up with so much. She honestly has earned my respect and admiration for what she put up with just to get this house for us. She never complains, always had a smile on her face, and one of my favorite parts is that she is able to hold a conversation with us and it actually be relatable. There honestly was never a dull moment with her whether it was over text, the phone, or even in person.
This process was stressful for us, but it would not have been possible if it were not for Mrs. Sherry constantly fighting to get us the best possible outcome. When I tell you, she is the best, I mean she is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Mrs. Sherry is that realtor that will be on the frontlines fighting for you day and night to make sure everything is smooth sailing for you, and in my opinion that is hard to come by. She really cares about her clients and even checks on you after buying or selling your house. Let me just say this, until the day she retires I will never let anyone else ever be my realtor whether we are selling or buying. Whether youre in your 20s like us or older, Mrs. Sherry is someone you want on your team.
