Tara was honestly great in a untraditional type of sale. My husband and I sold our house as part of a corporate relocation program. Essentially what that means, is our agency hired a third party company to help us sell our home prior to us moving to a new state. It was supposed to be a simple process, it wasnt but Tara was amazing. Not only did she stick with us through countless set backs, but so did our buyer. I cant begin to express how many times we had to ask Tara for help dealing with the third party agency hired to "help us." She never failed us. She was always super responsive even at odd hours. She was kind and curtious and gave excellent advice. The photographer she hired to take photos was equally amazing. We had a lot of showings in a short period time and ended up with multiple offers in just four days. The entire process was honestly amazing. Thank you so much for all your help Tara! Tara stuck with us over the several years it took for us to find our forever home. The realtor obtained the listing then relied on social media and other realtors to show and sell the property. We expected more personal attention and involvement in the selling and final negotiations process. Some questions went unanswered or were treated as trivial. The day before closing, keys to the property were left in the empty home and one given to seller's realtor without asking our permission. The listing and closing documents were handled efficiently.

When you have lived in a home for a long time you only tend to see the reasons you want to move, like having outgrown the space. Tara was able to see what made us fall in love with the house originally. Tara provided great ideas on how to capitalize on the original features (12ft ceilings, hardwood floors, etc.) and upgrades (renovated kitched, bathroom, finished attic, etc.) to help it photograph & show well. She understood all the work we had put into the house and gardens throughout the years. The description she wrote up made me want to buy it all over again.
