Josh and his team were hired by me to strike a balance between setting a sale price, listing price and actually closing on the house on time (within a couple months of listing, due to job transfer). When discussing the sales price, I learned I was quite low from what their analysis showed. Worried that I would be on the market too long using their price point, I let them do their thing. The house sold in 8 days and they negotiated my ability to stay in the home up until I left! My job moves me around every 3 years. I have bought/sold 9 homes. This transaction was, by far, the most professionally handled (and I'm including the times I sold my own). This is also a case where the Realtor team may have actually paid for themselves, when factoring the difference in sales price, time and energy saved (on my part), and the cost of temporary home(s) saved. I was truly okay with the commission in this instance, because of the way in which all the issues that come up were handled and how much they worked in the background, transparent to me and my family, to make this a smooth evolution. Truly impressed with this team and I highly recommend them.

There are not enough positive things I can say about Team Shope. 1. They know their clients. I was debating whether or not to list my house. When Josh and Amanda walked through it for the first time, they mentioned they had a client that may be interested in it.
