My agent came to my rescue when the handyman service cancelled the day they were scheduled to begin work. I called her immediately and she was able to find a reputable service to give me an in-person estimate the next day. She showed up for the estimate and acted as the go between so that the work was completed in time to accommodate the upcoming photo shoot and listing go-live date. Additionally, I was able to get more work done for a lower price.

My buying agent stressed from the beginning that her objective was to find the right home for me by getting to know me really well and understanding my lifestyle. She gently but firmly had me tour a variety of homes in geographies that I had identified (due to price and proximity to my horses) to help me understand value for my dollar and exactly the type of home I wanted. I came to realize that what you see in a listing does not accurately represent overall quality of life. While a particular property may be beautiful on the inside, the neighborhood is equally important and some of the ones I had selected were flat out wrong for me. She was patient with me as I adjusted my criteria throughout the buying process. She had suggested a particular geography a number of times that I dismissed repeatedly. When I finally agreed to do my own drive-by, I realized that she knew my needs better than I did. I found my ideal neighborhood and shortly thereafter she contacted me about a property coming on the market the next day. We toured it and made an offer that night. Four other offers had also been submitted. Through her knowledge and guidance, I won the home the next day for $10,000 less than what I was willing to spend.

TLDR: Overall satisfied that my home sold, however, the Reynolds team's MANY mistakes negatively impacted the time in which it took to sell and the overall sale profit.
The co-owner and I chose to list our condo with the Reynold's group after hearing their ad, reading reviews, and talking to the potential listing agent. We were hopeful that they would get us the highest profit possible while making the sale quick and easy.
From almost the beginning of our listing contract, the co-owner and I were disappointed in how our listing agent and the Reynolds team handled our sale. One positive, however, was the photography session, which went great and the pictures turned out really nice. The "Coming Soon" phase did not churn any internal Reynolds team interest, which was a huge selling point made by our listing agent, but we remained hopeful since numerous identical units in the Fairlington neighborhood had been under contract in 4 days or less.
The first blunder occurred when the date and time of the first open house was changed without mine and the co-owner's knowledge. The reason for the date/time change was valid, but we were not notified until I noticed it on an advertisement and had to ask our listing agent to clarify. Our first open house and first week of being on the market did not yield any major interest or offers, which was incredibly disappointing since, as stated before, identical units in the neighborhood had gone under contract in 4 days or less for over asking price.
The second blunder occurred when I asked our listing agent if the condo was being marketed specifically to members of the military via military housing sites/groups/etc. The listing agent said that it had not been... As a 2BR, 2BA condo just miles from major Governmental institutions and buildings, you would think the military would be the most important market to advertise to - but apparently it was not on the mind of Reynolds team advertisers. I am unsure if this was ever corrected.
The third, and probably worst, major blunder with Reynolds resulted when I, the seller, noticed the bedroom count was incorrect on various listing sites - it was listed as a 1BR and 2BA, which was incorrect. I am positive that the BA/BA count in relation to the price point SIGNIFICANTLY affected how the home was filtered amongst potential buyers searching Zillow, Redfin, etc. When I immediately contacted our listing agent, she was unaware of the change to the listing and had no idea how long it had been incorrectly listed or who made the change. After some research, apparently someone at Reynolds changed the listing after receiving a notice from MLS. Our Listing agent either did not see or did not read the email notification of the change, which is why the home was labeled incorrectly. Undoubtedly, this error alone is the reason the condo was on the market so long.
Fourth blunder: The co-owner and I were notified sometime during the second week on the market that there was an interested party almost ready to submit an offer. Their one snag was the fact that there was no bathtub in the condo. Instead of making an effort to resolve or negotiate with the interested party and their realtor, the Listing agent just simply let the potential offer idle. I, the seller, in an effort to get an official offer, had to suggest that we offer a $5,000 buyer subsidy to cover the cost of having a bathtub installed. Ultimately the interested party declined and did not submit their offer on the condo. It was frustrating to me, as the seller with zero real estate training, to have to suggest to the listing agent how to keep things moving.
After almost three weeks on the market and ZERO offers, the co-owner and I made the decision to cut ties with the Reynolds team and find a new listing agent/company. When we expressed our disappointment and plan to our listing agent, we were immediately contacted by a corporate representative that wanted to make things right. After having a thorough conversation with this individual and making adjustments to our plan, the co-owner and I decided that if the last showing (scheduled for the next day) did not result in an offer, we would get a new Reynolds listing agent then completely re-list the condo at a slightly reduced price point. As it turns out, the last showing resulted in an offer, which was ultimately accepted by all parties and the sale closed. We went through at least 2 more blunders with Reynolds just before and after closing.
Reynolds team's MANY inexcusable mistakes significantly, negatively impacted the timeline and overall profit on the sale but ultimately the co-owner and I are thankful the sale finally closed. 2020

Fereshta has been nothing but a TOP NOTCH and EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AGENT to the T! My husband and I had already did some of our own homework to include interviewing other agents, to see what their thoughts were of our house and what it would bring during this current market. It was Fereshta who told us that we could get almost another $15k more than what we thought originally and that it would sell by the weekend of it going on the market. Being agents, we are always antsy, and with our original go live date not being until April 28th, my husband and I were ready now, but we had to wait for the marketing to be completed. Our pictures were taken on a late afternoon and turned out FREAKING AMAZING, so my husband and I were ready to go a week early. I call Fereshta at almost 9:00pm on a Wednesday night, and she answers! She calls me back early the next morning because she went into the office EARLY to see if they could make it work for our house to go live a week early. Guess what? I started out by casting a wide net for housing in Maryland that spanned areas such as Catonsville, Columbia, and Laurel. I was referred to The Reynolds Team, specifically to agent Jenny Nalley, by friends who had recently just worked with them to purchase a home in Maryland.
Working with Jenny was a pleasure. As a first-time homebuyer unfamiliar with any of the steps of the home buying process, I had about a million questions about each phase. Jenny promptly fielded every question that I had with a clear and concise response that left me feeling informed and at ease.
The real estate market in Maryland is extremely dynamic, with homes in proximity to Baltimore and Washington DC being in extremely high demand. Jenny's depth of experience with the market really showed when it came to making an offer on a property that I was interested in. I am happy with the efforts that the Reynolds Team made in selling my Alexandria, Va. condo. I had interviewed three different realtors in early January. All three were impressive, but the presentation made by Chad Hunt from Reynolds was exceptional. His explanation of their pre-marketing strategy really sold me. I wanted to list my condo the middle of February. I signed with Reynolds on January 9, and by January 14 my condo was being pre-marketed. I have put off writing this review but received another flyer in the mail today touting the professionalism and responsiveness of the Sarah and Debbie Reynolds team. We had a terrible experience with this team. They were responsive when we met and signed with them and then it went downhill from there. From the beginning, we had to keep contacting them to even get a sign in our yard. They told us they would send someone over to help us with the staging of our home but then told us we didn't need help because everything looked great and they never did send anyone for staging. There was little traffic through the home and we received a lot of excuses about the market and that we had a home in a higher price point etc. They told us about their amazing marketing team but when it came time to try to drive more buyers to our home, the only recommendation they had was to lower the price even though we had gone with their market analysis and price point. We relocated and left the home in their hands to continue to try to sell. They told us they had someone who would come regularly to do the yard work. We received an email from our neighbor when the grass reached 12 inches long. From across the country, we had to hire someone to come and work on the lawn for our curb appeal and when we complained to the Reynolds team, they said they would pay for the yard work. They have never paid for the yard work. We tried to contact the main office as the Chesterfield office just had a lot of excuses but they never returned our emails or phone calls. We felt like they were just big to care. We finally had to fire them and they required us to sign an agreement that anyone who had been in the house under their contract time would be required to pay them their 3% commission rate. They claim to have a contract where they let you out of it no questions asked but that is simply not true. We hired another firm and had a completely different experience. Better Homes & Gardens were responsive, checked on our property, maintained the yard and brought buyers to our home. We strongly recommend that you find someone who cares about your property because Keller-Williams in Virginia from our experience just doesn't. 2019

We are pleased their guidance through the trying ordeal of selling a house. They told us that they could sell our home quickly and at a good price. We were using the team to sell our home as well as purchase a home. Our agent was Nancy Garbo, an all round professional. We had the most difficult time with our buyers but Nancy was there every step of the way, it didn't matter what day or time. We had to ask her to take a break over Christmas Eve but she continued to follow up and deal with the buyers loan officer/ realtor. I wish I could explain all the things she had to do through this process but it would be too lengthy to write. All I have to say is we loved her and would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent. As for the support team- I'm impressed at how well they all work together. They have a great system to ensure their clients are well taken care of and receiving the best service possible. Our home was on the market with in 4 days of us contacting them. Reema Wadhwannia is an excellent Buyer's Agent. She is exceptionally responsive, no matter what time of day or evening, or what day of the week. She is an excellent communicator, who consistently kept us informed every step of the process, and provided timely reminders when we were busy at work and couldn't respond immediately. She is an expert realtor, with an address book full of additional experts for all of the other people needed to get from initial offer to closing. She connected us with expert home inspectors, lending agents, well/water inspectors, septic inspectors, title company, tree-cutters, and even got us some estimates on driveway repair. No matter what questions we asked her, she either knew the answer, or found someone who did, and replied to us right away. The home-buying process is long and arduous, and competitive in northern Virginia, but Reema and her team of experts made it understandable and straightforward. She gently nudged us every step of the way to prepare for a rapid closing, and also reminded us when others (title company, lender, inspectors) were waiting for a reply from us. I first must give credit where credit is to due. The only reason we joined The Reynolds team at first is they recruited our Realtor Lisa Thurston whom we have known for over 10 years. We needed to sell our townhome and build and move into our new build dream home. The Reynolds team was so professional and they had a plan and executed flawlessly.

We were planning on putting our house on the market on April 1st,2019. We were getting ready to start prepping our townhome to show in late January/ early February. They had given us a plan to do this and also how to do this. Lisa encouraged us to list as a coming soon even though we were not ready for showing the house. We were a bit reluctant but since our new house was not close to being ready. Since we trust Lisa we followed her lead and listed it as coming soon on a Thursday. Potential buyers realtor inquired over the weekend, came to see the property on Monday. We had an offer on Tuesday evening and both parties signed the contract on Wednesday evening. There isn't better team out there who will be get the job done. It all starts from behind the scenes. The Team is professional, fast and available to you at any time. We were under contract in 5 days and settled in two weeks. The way this teams was available to efficiently maneuver all the moving parts and get all done is magical, they allow the realtors to be available to the customer and help them. We used the Reynolds Team to sell our home in Ashburn, VA in 2018. Our Family was moving out of the area for employment. Our first month on the market, we had an offer that our realtor advised us not to accept due to the realtor's expertise that we would receive a better offer, and by waiting on that offer, they may come up with a better offer. Fast forward 4 months, two price cuts at the Reynolds Team advice, and we sold our home for $15K less than that initial offer, not to mention leaving the house vacant and paying a mortgage/utilities the whole time, cost us about 35K. Then, after getting under contract, we had to power wash one side of the house at the HOA's recommendation. The Reynolds Team suggested someone, charged us $450. During the months on the market, no one from the Reynolds Team kept us informed on the upkeep of the house, landscaping, making sure everything inside and outside were okay. We received messages from our neighbors about the landscaping issues, not our realtor. Also, when someone viewed the house, a toilet was used, flushed, and kept running for 3 months, no one from the Reynolds Team kept up inside the house either, and our water bill was the highest it had ever been while the house was vacant. The process of selling a house is stressful enough, but when given poor advice and receiving poor service, it makes it that much worse. Do not recommend the Reynolds Team. 2018

Our agent Nancy Gabro have really impressed me and my family. She is by far the best real estate agent I have dealt with in my life and I did deal with a few.
