Ron and his team are quick, efficient and reliable. So, If you want to just sell your home quickly, and you arent concerned with understanding what's happening or how much youre paying or getting, He's the guy for you. If you want someone feel did what was best for you based off you desires, i would say no. With that said, my home sold, I got my money and everyone's was pleasant including Ron. So again, if you just want to sell and move on, choose this team. They will get it done. However, if you have a sellers agent who is also the buyers agent, you are just asking trouble. I believe this was the case in my situation. The goal is to have someone in your corner, explaining the rules, contracts and vibe of the market. A partner who has your best interest in mind. Not just their own bottom line. I was hoping Ron would be that kind of ally who would help me get the best deal and maximum return on my investment. Instead, I feel like I was undermined and double talked to ensure a deal for his corporate buyer, but not for me. I had to fight to the end for this deal to be what I thought it would be and clearly explained upfront. I felt hustled into thinking this was the best deal for me, when the corporate buyer was the more valued client. In the end I was able to fight for what I thought was fair. But I wish a fight wasn't necessary. I was hoping he would just have my back. I didn't feel that happened. 2022
