Melissa is not someone I would recommend. I rented a property from her via a verbal agreement, paid my security deposit to the previous tenant (as we agreed) and since I have moved out, she has not sent me back the security deposit in over 4 months of being moved out. Shes rude and called me an use your imagination to my roommate because I was simply asking when I would get my deposit back. I just wanted a time frame. She made the whole situation much more complicated than it needed to be. Very rude individual. Not on your (the tenants) side. In my personal experience, she is the Worst person Ive dealt with in real estate. Communication is dodgy and poor. Find someone else.
