He provided us with a list of people to contact for cleaning out my mom's home and also a name of someone to run the estate sale. He knows the area well and is entrenched in the community. Ken listed and sold my moms house. It had a number of inspection issues which Ken always new the contractor to correct the issues. Ken always gets back to you with answers, worked well holding my mom's hand through out as she is a senior and gave that understanding. Ken had great negotiating skills.
