We bought a house that he flipped. He is unprofessional and cheap. There were many things wrong with his property that were dangerous and had to be fixed before purchase could be completed. I have never seen such shoddy work. He also repurposed a Range that doesnt work. The windows all need to be replaced. The new flooring is bubbling. The bathroom fixtures leak.
And hes a realtor he knows what people expect or demand. Shame on you Steve!
