I highly recommend Kathy and Tom McQuilkin, as realtors. I have worked with them twice and both times they sold my house with multiple offers in 4 days. They are highly professional, good listeners and have a unique approach in that they do their homework and networking ahead of time so when your home is listed; you get a really great first showing and probably offers. They are honest; responsive and caring. We actually had an offer before the first showing and two more followed the showing. They really know how to show potential buyers the selling features of the home. The use professional photographer and stager to make the house look its best beforehand. I have worked with others and there is no comparison to their approach to the market.
