Shortly after emailing that I wanted further information on a property I saw online, Bill texted me. We then had a long informative conversation about the property and area. We were interested, so we made the 4 hour drive during a snow storm to see it. Bill was welcoming and made us feel comfortable to look around, then helped us present our offer. As we were driving home the next day Bill texted that our offer was accepted! Throughout the online closing process, Bill was always available via text or phone call for advise or direction.
