With apologies to the good realtors, I never met, I did not meet any that were competent until I encountered Tina Barnett and Shelby Robb of Barnett Realty in Steinhatchee. My frustration and disappointments with so many realtors, were completely overturned when I stopped into Barnett Realtys office.
Tina Barnett and Shelby Robb work together as a syncopated team. Both ladies attended to every detail. They answered all my questions and took every request seriously. Their communications are without doubt, and were always timely and complete in detail every time. When either locating property possibilities for me or completing the tasks leading up to an efficient closing, Shelbys skills as professional cannot be questioned.
For the last two years I have travelled to many places in Florida from the lower mid-point upwards looking for the next place to live. From Labelle, Sebring, Lake Wales, Cresent City, Mount Dora, Ocala Forest region, Homosassa Springs, and many more areas up the state as far as Steinhatchee and Keaton Beach in the north-west, known as The Forgotten Coast. From one realtor to another without success. I thought I would never find somewhere to live because the realtors did not appear to have a work ethic. Meeting Tina Barnett overturned all my previous disappointing experiences.
