In less than a month my Dad's house was under contract. She worked really hard to handle all the hiccups along the way, which was helpful since we were selling the house from out of state. In fact, she even helped clean out his house and provided boxes which was much more than expected. There were issues that arose with the plumbing and she coordinated with a local plumber and handled everything. This was a super easy process and we will definitely use her again for any other transactions that may come up in Idaho.
