This was a complicated sale. Kimberly understood my needs , addressed them. She stayed positive. She communicated extremely well. I am greatful that she was recommend to me. She did a great job from day one to completion!
My selection of Kimberly was purely a chance encounter. I had a realtor from previous experience that was not the original listing agent of the property I was interested in. This was a bit problematic because my agent was not sensitive to the sellers needs and that led to an unexpected encounter with the seller that was distressing for her. Neither the seller nor I was happy about this non-scheduled viewing her property. This experience led me to wanting only an agent that was native to the area and an expert born of years of intimate experience of living in the area themselves. In this regard, I was fortunate and without references chanced upon Kimberly and her agency. Previous agents sent me a deluge of available properties for sale although they knew little about the properties and corresponding neighborhoods etc., leading me to believe that they were really only interested in making a quick sale. Kimberly on the otherhand was something altogether different and unexpected. I could praddle on about how much I appreciate her leadership, knowledge, kindness and genuine customer care but I think you know this already. Without exception, she has left my wife and I with an deep appreciation and budding friendship.
