My Story..
My husband Steve and I -Laurie Goodrich- came to Alaska with the Air Force in 1984 and stayed because we loved it. We raised our four Awesome Children in Anchorage. Now I am a very happy Grandma of 12 little ones. In 2014 we moved to the Valley or to Wasilla to get more Bang for our Buck in the housing market to head toward our retirement goals faster.
I have a Dave Ramsey Attitude in the way that everyone should know where and what your money is doing and be in charge of that. Real Estate should be part of Everyones financial goals in my opinion. I have vast knowledge base from past working experience in insurance, taxes, and loans all of which will help me, help you. I have a unique perspective on multi-family units. We have owned rental properties since 2005.
If it is real-estate related I have probably done it from flipping homes to buying at auctions, to tax deed sales, and foreclosures. If finding a deal is your goal let me help you avoid the pit falls and take advantage of the joy in the flip.
