Born and raised in Alaska, Sam started his real estate career in 2021 after Completing his Bachelors of Science in Business and Psychology at University of Wisconsin Stevens Point and London South Bank University. While going to school in the winters Sam worked as a Wildland Firefighter for the State of Alaska and BLM in the summers for 6 years to pay for college and fund his investing and real estate career. Since then, he has grown a successful real estate business through unparalleled work ethic, creativity, communication and integrity.
With his knowledge in local markets, real estate Investing, psychology of negotiation and a comprehensive understanding of the transaction process, Sam is your single point of contact for all of your real estate needs.
When Sam is not working with buyers, sellers or investors to find their perfect home, you can find him fishing for Salmon or hiking the Alaskan back country. He also finds great joy in spending time with his family and friends.
