I began my real estate career in 1987 with Coldwell Banker Sylvest Realty here in Montgomery and then worked with Coldwell Banker Lowder Realty before coming to ReMax Tri-Star in June of 1997 as one of the first 5 agents that came to work with them when they opened that year. I have been here since then. I am an accredited buyers agent, although I work as a listing agent too. I sell land and commercial as well! I am a licensed associate broker . I have had great success selling my own listings as well as locating just the right house for my buyers! I WILL NOT QUIT until I exhaust every avenue for you to buy! I work well with many finance companies to get you the best financing available! If I can't find the financing, I find an owner that will finance with no qualifying! I raised 2 sons and 2 daughters alone after their father left in 1985 and learned early how to 'sink or swim'! I have been swimming up hill at times, but nevertheless staying afloat and making it in this business with strong work ethics! I may be a slow talking Southern lady, but my actions are not slow in keeping up with this fast changing real estate market and adapting to the high tech tools needed to survive in this business today! My motto: Where there is a will, there is a way! I have a strong will and I work until I see results! Also I am not a quitter! Winners never quit and quitters NEVER WIN!! I like being a WINNER! My 2 sons and 2 daughters have given me 12 grandchildren! I believe in putting God first, family second and work third and even though work is third, because I have my priorities in order, I have a very successful business! I, not only work the Montgomery area, but I work the whole river region area and some other surrounding counties as well. I love Auburn football "War Eagle" and every now and then, only because I love the state of Alabama can I say "Go Bama", but it is never when the two are playing each other! I am the mother of a wonderful soldier, who is making the service his career so I LOVE AMERICA and all our precious servicemen! I also have a business minded son, who is a wonderful company CEO, so I love free enterprise in America! I have wonderful sons-in-laws, one being a pastor and the other a great industrial worker! My family all have strong work ethics! So please know that I am not lazy or slow when you hire me as your realtor. Jerry Myers has been my husband for 10 years now. He is with Auto Enterprise. We enjoy our grandchildren, traveling, and believe it or not WORKING! We are "nanny and granddaddy" and love being that! Our family is blessed and we live our lives to continue to receive God's blessings! I know that if I can 'love others as I love myself" then my business has to be blessed! I have plaques galore to hang on the wall, but you can have plaques and awards and rewards, but if you don't love and make friends of those you work with and show them sincerity, then the plaques mean nothing!! I DON'T WORK FOR A COMMISSION CHECK, I work to see my people get their houses SOLD and to see people be able to BUY the home of their dreams. I keep my motives right and the pay check always comes! You reap what you sow! Sow into others lives and see your own life abundantly blessed! Sellers and Buyers know the difference in sincere people and a salesman! You will find me to be a sincere person that you will be friends with for a long time, because I will look out for you more than I am looking out for that pay check or for my own good! I love Dolly and if I do, okay, I am southern too, from LA, lower Alabama, even more south than she is! So I have an excuse! I love watermelon, black eyed peas, okra, corn bread and yes, even grits!
