A seasoned marketer, Victor started his real estate career working for developers in Philadelphia and New York City during the second half of the 1980s. His first nine years were dedicated to managing their properties, that included residential rentals, commercial, co-ops, and condos. During the same period, he became involved in real estate sales and marketing, which sparked a new interest and the discovery of his natural skills.
In the 90's he relocated to Central Florida and began to market the region as "the" destination for both real estate investors and tourism. He has nurtured a client base consisting of Real Estate Brokers, timeshare developer, and travel clubs among other leisure travel-related companies.
His laid back yet focused and go-getter personality has been welcomed by both buyers, sellers, and builders alike, making him an asset. Sellers love him because of his ability to convey the true value of properties, while his Buyers benefit from his negotiation skills!
