Nick Bolding was born in South America but is no stranger to Memphis, as he was raised in the Greater Memphis area. He attended South Western Assemblies of God University where he received his degree. He comes from a background of 6 years in the real estate industry serving as a property manager that taught him how to understand the customers needs from both parties. Bearing this skill is important to ensure that he knows how to make each situation a win-win for his real estate clients.
During his undergrad Nick earned a degree in Music Performance, and his skills in music give him a unique insight on working with other people and adapting to new environments to allow him to find the best deal that promotes a win for his clients.
In 2023 Nick decided it was time for him to grow his dream of expanding his portfolio to provide a legacy for his family and to pursue his passion of Real Estate. His intention of getting his license was to ensure that any buyer or seller feels like they are being properly represented and cared for throughout their experience of working with an agent. Buying or selling real estate is a big deal whether you are a first time home buyer or buying your 10th investment property, His goal is to ensure success for all parties involved.
Nick is married and lives in Memphis, TN with his beautiful wife and two kids. He and his family enjoy spending their free time hiking, riding bikes, playing at parks, or anything outside. Outside of working and spending time with his family he spends his free time working with his hands whether it be inside or outside, playing disc golf, playing music, serving in his church, and occasionally working on cars.
