Prior to entering real estate in 2004, I worked in the telecommunication field around 23 years in various capacities while earning a masters of business degree from UAB. I became a Realtor in early 2004, and started my company Butler Realty in 2009, serving buyers and sellers in residential sales, with a special focus on the growing REO inventory across many counties in and around Jefferson County, Alabama. I am currently an area 6A listing broker for HUD, and have several other active clients. We focus on beating deadlines with excellent service, including everything from occupancy reports, quality BPO work, and all the other work involved in successfully selling such properties for our clients. REO certification from the Five Star Institute, accredited A*REO agent, REO Default Certified Professional, Res.Net Pro Plus Certification, Pyramid Platform Certified.
