My name is Matthew Denton, and I am excited about being a part of the Legacy Real Estate Group team. I currently live in Vernon, Alabama. I have been married to my lovely wife for twenty two years and we have raised three sons together. Im active in my community, where I have served as a little league baseball coach, an athletic booster club president and a band booster club president. My family and I attend First Free Will Baptist Church in Vernon, and I also participate in the mens outdoor small group at Vibrant Church in Columbus. My oldest two sons are adults with families of their own, and my youngest son is a sophomore at Auburn University. I have five grandchildren: two boys and three girls. I retired from the Air Force Reserve with the rank of Senior Master Sergeant in 2015. My home base was Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery, Alabama, where I served my country for 25 years as a C-130H aircraft crew chief. During my service, I participated in numerous exercises and deployments, including Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. Im currently employed with V2X Aerospace at Columbus Air Force Base in Columbus, Mississippi, where for approximately 26 years, I have worked as an aircraft mechanic, an aircraft parts supply manager, and currently as a Field Service Representative (think Technical Support Specialist for aircraft). I enjoy all types of outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, kayaking, and golf. I value God and family first, and then I lean on the Air Force core values of integrity, service before self, and excellence in all you do. I am a licensed Real Estate Agent in Alabama and Mississippi, and I would be honored to serve you in any of your real estate needs.
