I was born into an entrepreneurial family, so customer service and people skills are in my DNA. My love for real estate came from my father, who was also a REALTOR. The real estate gene and family connection were also passed down to my brother and son. For me, real estate is a calling and a profession.
My husband of 17 years is Trey Emerson, MD, a physician in Oxford, Alabama. We have seven children, ages 19 to 30, and four incredible grandchildren. Our youngest son graduated high school this year, so empty nesters are our newest title.
