Tim's real estate career began in 2011 when he started building decks and framing houses. This experience taught him an appreciation for quality craftsmanship, and gave him first hand knowledge of the local real estate market. The money he earned while working as a sub-contractor allowed him to attend the University of Colorado where he studied Environmental Engineering and Economics.

After college, he began his professional career designing fiber optic networks for the largest cell provider in the United States. Leading a team to design and permit networks across the South East honed in on his ability to balance many tasks and effectively take complicated projects from inception to completion.

During this time, Tim purchased his first property and become a homeowner. According to Tim, buying his home has been one of his most profitable investments, and watching his property appreciate reignited his passion for real estate.

In January 2019, Tim received his real estate license and quickly found success helping his friends and family become homeowners. In the last 2 years Tim's business has expanded and he is now a top producer within his Keller Williams office.
