Hi, my name is Shannon Malcom. My husband, Rob, and I have been turning properties into possibilities for several years in and around Birmingham, Alabama. We have flipped over 300 homes in and around Birmingham. We have a passion for historic homes and have restored over 45 homes in the Historic Norwood community which was the first planned neighborhood in Birmingham. We work with buyers, sellers, and investors buying and selling residential and multi-family properties.

A Little About Me
In 2017, I pursued the necessary education to obtain my Alabama Real Estate Salesperson license so that I could help our family and others obtain the goal of homeownership. In 2020, my husband and I bought our own EXIT Realty Franchise and are now both owners and real estate professionals. In 2022, I received my Brokers license so that I could effectively help other agents succeed in their real estate careers. I believe in collaboration over competition and I believe that there is a solution to every problem.

Personal
My husband and I have quite the testimony of redemption and overcoming adversities. Our story tells how we were able to move from homelessness to homeownership to becoming investors ourselves. The passion we have for helping others comes from a very personal place within our hearts. We are involved in several different ministries giving back so freely what was given to us as we overcame many obstacles and hardships. We are true believers in the Golden Rule, which states clearly: "So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you." Matthew 7:12 NIV
