Katherine is a Tuscaloosa native, which gives her great knowledge of the city and its surroundings. She has been with Hamner Real Estate, LLC since she began her career in April 2005.
Katherine is a graduate of The University of Alabama, where she received a degree in Communication and Information Sciences with a major in Public Relations and a minor in Consumer Science. She was involved in many extracurricular activities: University of Alabama Freshman Forum, Student Government Association and a Member of Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority.
Katherine has worked with many civic organizations including Alabama Center of Childhood Cancer & Blood Disorders at Childrens Hospital, United Way of West Alabama, University of Alabama RISE Program, PARA Foundation, Habitat for Humanity of Tuscaloosa and other organizations.
Katherine serves on the Tuscaloosa Association of Realtors Board of Directors, Alabama Association of Realtors Board of Directors and many local and state committees.
Katherine is married to Buddy Manderson, a Tuscaloosa home builder with Manderson Construction Company, Inc. Together they work hard raising their 4-legged child, Hobbs, a yellow English Labrador Retriever.
