My name is Andree Shearer. I grew up in Illinois and Indiana. My husband, Andy, and I purchased our home in Coffee County in 2013. Andy and I love living in the country where our neighbors treat each other like family. We love all the sunny days and being close to a beach, lake or river. The Wiregrass Area has so much to offer and I love exploring and meeting new people. In Indiana, I owned and operated a photography and custom framing studio for about 25 years. We lived on a farm and grew premium horse hay. Andy and his father also owned and operated a construction company. I have a son in Washington and a son in Indiana. Andy is the water operator for Coffee County Water Authority. Before pursuing my real estate license, I worked full-time at a local law firm. I truly believe the experience and knowledge I received there propelled me to quickly pass my real estate exams. Since then I have gone on to attain my Real Estate Brokers License. I enjoy guiding sellers and buyers through the process of listing or purchasing a property. Its about asking the right questions and listening to wants and needs. My goal in every interaction is to present myself professionally, honestly and with integrity. Buying, selling or building a home is a tremendous financial decision. Id be honored, if and when the time comes, that your first thought is to give me a call or a quick text. Im here to help if I can!!!
